Chad Turner was a CIA and SKUL double agent seen in "Super Blane". He was portrayed by Toby Regbo.
Super Blane[]
Chad Turner disguised himself as an American transfer student at Saint Hopes so he could gain access to the M.I. High team. He reached out to Rose Gupta to fix the flaw in the MT3000 device and offered her a place at the CIA Academy if she succeeded. During his time had things hope Saint Hopes Daisy Millar tried to become close to Chad which annoyed Blane Whittaker. Chad secretly contacted the Grand Master and offer to sell the MT3000 and identity of the M.I. High team to SKUL. After Rose discovered Chad was a double agent Blane apprehended.
